Term Life Insurance
All members and spouses age 18 through 64 may elect term life insurance coverage in benefit amounts of $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000. Your spouse may apply even if you do not. No medical examination is normally required - your answers to the brief health questions can, in most cases, determine your insurability.
