- Open enrollment for existing members will be held January through February.
- New credit union members have 60 days after their membership effective date to enroll.
- Individuals associated with new credit union membership affiliates may enroll within 60 days.
- Terminated employees (who are existing credit union members) have 60 days after their termination to enroll.
